George & Sullivan Halls
The Village at Byerly Place, consisting of George Hall and Sullivan Hall, is an upperclass apartment-style residential community designed to reflect the feel of a modern village neighborhood while complementing Coker University’s campus architecture. Each three-story building features 12 suites and spacious wrap-around porches on every level, creating inviting spaces for students to relax and connect with their neighbors.
Each apartment-style suite accommodates four students and includes four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area.
