Crystal McCamis Schubert, a 1995 graduate of Coker University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, was a four-year standout on the women’s soccer team. Nearly 10 years after her graduation, Schubert still holds Coker’s all-time records for points with 137 and assists with 35. She is also second all-time in career goals with 51 and is also second in single-season goals with 15. Schubert was a two-time All-American in 1993 and 1994 and earned Coker Athlete of the Year honors in 1994.

During her career, the Cobras finished with the two best season finishes in school history at 14-2-2 and ranked 4th nationally, and a 15-1-1 season with a final ranking of the 17th in the country. The team also won a pair of conference championships and made one appearance at the regional. While a student, she was a Coker ambassador and was an active participant in campus life.

Since graduation, Schubert has been heavily involved in coaching the game. She was an assistant coach at Campbell University for three season, coached high school soccer for two years, and has been involved in youth recreational soccer programs for over nine years.
