Coker Connection
Your College Orientation Starts Here
Coker Connection 2026: Welcome to Coker Connection!
Coker Connection is an orientation experience designed to give new students a head start on their Coker journey. During orientation, you’ll meet faculty, staff, current students, and classmates while learning about the resources, opportunities, and support systems available to help you succeed.
Our overnight orientation experience allows you to begin building connections before classes start and helps you feel confident and prepared for your first semester at Coker University.
Important Information/FAQs:
Orientation Fee: All incoming students will be charged a $125 Orientation Fee, which will be applied to their student account regardless of attendance.
Placement Testing: All incoming first-year students will complete required Math and English placement testing during their designated orientation session. If students will need testing accommodations, please contact accessibility@coker.edu
Class Schedules & Course Registration: Students will not receive their class schedules during orientation. Student Success Coaches will work on them after each orientation and will email the student when their schedule is completed.
