Career Development is part of the Student Success Center which serves both students and alumni through a variety of services.
We offer career counseling and assessments, resume and cover letter reviews, information workshops, job search advice and more. In addition, students and alumni can take advantage of our online programs MyPlan, for choosing majors and careers, and Handshake, for researching internship and job opportunities.

Handshake offers Coker students and alumni an online hub where they can connect with employers and discover open positions in a wide variety of fields.
To claim your Coker Handshake account, simply visit coker.joinhandshake.com and log in using your Coker email. Note: If you are an alumni and your Coker email is no longer active, you may submit a personal email address and follow the on-screen prompts to claim your account.
