Coker University’s Office of Residence Life oversees the student conduct process for non-academic violations of the institution’s Code of Conduct. Coker is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of students by providing an educational, just, and consistent student conduct process. The Code of Student Conduct promotes and protects the mission of the University by holding students accountable for their actions, educating students on the six tenets of the Coker University Student Covenant, and empowering students to positively develop within the community.
Students charged with an alleged violation of the Code of Conduct will receive notification via their Coker email address. They will then attend a hearing where an Administrative Hearing Officer will determine if the student is responsible or not responsible for the alleged charges and, if necessary, what sanctions should apply.
Please review the complete Code of Student Conduct for more details.
