Instructor - Master of Science in College Athletic Administration
Rachel currently serves as the Director of Sports Information, Marketing and Planning at a four-year state institution located in Northern New Jersey.
She received her undergraduate degree from Ramapo College, before earning a master of science in sports management with a concentration in sports administration from the American Military University.
As an administrator at the NCAA Division III institution, she has numerous responsibilities including but not limited to: marketing and promoting the College’s 20 varsity sports teams, developing new marketing strategies to attractively market the College and the varsity athletic programs, securing fundraising and sponsorship monies from private donors and corporations, planning major department events including the annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony, and acting as a liaison to communicate ideas/interests to architects with regards to athletic renovations and new construction.
Pinton has over 18 years of experience in collegiate athletic administration and is passionate about working with young adults and children on community service and fundraising events. She has a desire to teach, educate, and guide young adults to a healthy lifestyle and is an avid sports enthusiast who strives to stay active and current in the sporting world.
She is married for over twelve years to a college soccer coach and is a mother to a seven-year old daughter who she strives to teach the importance of good morals, respect and giving back.
