| POSITION SUMMARY |
|
Brief Description of Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of all theatrical equipment in the Performing Arts Center to include: lighting, sound, rigging, costumes, set building, inventory, etc.
- Helping with the Performing Arts Center productions to include: load-ins and outs, setting up equipment, working backstage during a show, running technical equipment for any performance in the center, etc.
- Other duties assigned by supervisor
Hours: : Flexible/Negotiable - Evening hours required
Details:
- Work is primarily indoors, day and night, weekdays and weekends, on-campus, and casual dress (no open-toed shoes; dress to work)
- Work may include telephone use, audio-visual equipment use, and dealing with the public
- Confidentiality is enforced
Potential Risks to Students:
- Some heights (less than 12 feet) and light lifting
