| POSITION SUMMARY |
|
Brief Description of Duties:
- Create a schedule of maintenance for all computers in campus life.
- Under the direction of the Director of Campus life, make all computers consistent with software, fonts, etc. and perform regular maintenance, such as windows updates, defragmentation, etc.
- Schedule appointments with staff to work on their computers.
- Create a plan for a new Campus Life web site.
- Update and reorganize the Campus Life web site. Create new pages as necessary. When work is slow, individual should create web sites for Registered Student Organizations.
- Meet weekly with Director of Campus Life to report progress
- Consult with the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, the IT department, RSOs, and the members of the Campus Life staff as needed.
- Other duties assigned by the Director of Campus Life
Hours: Flexible/Negotiable
Details:
- Computer science or Graphic Design major or minor
- Significant computer skills
