Coker College offers eight housing options for residential students: Belk Hall, Coker Hall, the Downtown Flats, the Downtown Lofts, Grannis Hall, James Lide Coker III Hall (JLC), Richard G. & Tuck A. Coker Hall (RTC) and Memorial Hall. Each includes a sprinkler system, cable TV hook-up, Ethernet hook-up and wireless internet access. The most recent addition to Coker housing are the Downtown Loft Apartments and the Downtown Flats, located just off campus in downtown Hartsville. The Lofts and Flats offer a wireless internet connection in every unit. All bedding in every housing facility is standard length. All residential housing has 24-hour security, and each building has an ID scanner that allows only students or authorized personnel access to the building at all times.

Room sizes listed for each residence hall are based on the average for that building. Dimensions will vary from room to room.
