Office of the Registrar

The Registrar’s Office, in cooperation with and under the direction of the Provost, is responsible for maintaining the official academic records for Coker College students.

The Registrar’s Office also provides direct support to students, faculty and staff through the following services: academic policy implementation and monitoring; class scheduling and schedule publication; student registration and academic program (major) declaration; grade reporting; transcript request processing and printing; graduation application processing, certification and diploma services; transfer credit evaluation; withdrawal and leave of absence processing; undecided student and at-risk student advisement; student retention; student address maintenance; and student disability services.
