personnel to ensure the quality and effectiveness of its student affairs
programs. Coker College is in compliance. The College employs competent and dedicated individuals to execute its student affairs programs. A list of student services is found in Section
2.10. The qualifications of all key personnel at the College (job
descriptions and résumés) are linked from the organizational
chart page. For convenience, direct links are provided below for the
student affairs programs, which fall under Student and Enrollment Services.

The College ensures that each employee has the necessary qualifications
for the position by developing a job description outlining the responsibilities,
experience needed, and degrees required. Unless a position is filled from
within the College, positions are generally advertised locally, statewide,
or nationally, depending on the nature of the job. The search process
usually involves phone interviews, candidate visits (on and off campus),
and meetings with Coker faculty, staff, and students. This process assists
in determining whether or not the candidate has the necessary degrees,
