In April 2001, thirty-eight years after the murder of Cynthia Wesley, Carole Robertson, Addie May Collins and Denise McNair in the Birmingham Church bombing, two of their killers, Thomas Blanton, III and Bobby Frank Cherry, were finally brought to trial.
