Mexican-American Expert to Speak at Coker

Hartsville, SC — International business consultant Ned Crouch will discuss the topic of his most recent book, “Mexicans and Americans: Cracking the Cultural Code” (Nicholas Brealey Publishing, 2004), on Monday, February 19 at 7 p.m. in Coker College’s Davidson Hall. Through humor and first-hand accounts, Crouch illustrates how Mexicans and American gringos across the socio-economic, political and intellectual spectrum can successfully interact and work with each other. The public is invited to attend. Admission is free.

Crouch writes about Mexican-Americans relations from personal experience. He grew up in Latin America and he graduated from the University of the Americas in Mexico. Crouch has worked in the corporate world for over 30 years and has consulted for major corporations operating in Latin America, including Philips and Cooper Industries. He has also delivered seminars on managing intercultural relationships in Latin America for Chrysler, GM, the American Bar Association, and the World Trade Association. He also lectures annually to the Foreign Service Institute.
