The Downtown Lofts is an upperclassman apartment complex that houses 20 students in double capacity. Bedroom sizes average 10’9 x 13’2. It is one of the newest housing additions to Coker and has quickly grown in popularity. The Lofts are a short walk from campus, located in downtown Hartsville. The DTL offer students quick access to the downtown restaurants and shops.

What students say about the Lofts: “The Lofts are the place I have enjoyed living in the most while at Coker. They include nice furniture and a large living area and kitchen. While the Lofts are off campus, they are still close enough to campus to stay involved in everything that’s happening. It is also convenient to have the YMCA across the street.
