Coker College's evening classes at Fort Jackson are held at one convenient location which is ideal for students who work during the day in the Columbia area. Coker has been an educational partner at Fort Jackson since 1973.

Students may be eligible to receive a South Carolina Tuition Grant, provided they complete financial aid forms prior to the June 30 deadline.

Other financial aid is also available including Federal Student Loans and Pell Grants. Active duty soldiers may use Army Tuition Assistance. Veterans and reservists may also qualify for VA benefits.

Previous college credit from regionally accredited institutions and military credits can be evaluated for possible transfer to Coker College.

Coker is a member of Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges which enables active duty soldiers and their family members to complete degree requirements while at distant locations and receive their degrees from Coker College once residency requirements are met.
