its present. Currently, Coker College's endowment is worth
approximately $38 million. While this is among the highest
valued endowments in the state, Coker has to consistently
increase its endowment to remain competitive as a top
comprehensive liberal arts college.
New
endowment funds provide direct support for academic and
campus life initiatives while strengthening the College's
overall financial position. Coker's endowment also helps
the College limit annual tuition increases to less than
the national average — making a high quality education
affordable.
