HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Hartsville-Coker Concert Association is proud to announce the second venue of their 2010 season: The Aquila Theater’s performance of William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”

The Aquila Theater will be performing on Tuesday, November 16, in the Watson Theater of Coker College’s Elizabeth Boatwright Coker Performing Arts Center at 7:30 p.m.

In addition to the main performance, there will be a full day of activities involving the Aquila Theater including an acting workshop for Coker students at 12:30 p.m., a workshop at the Hartsville Junior High School at 2:30 p.m. and a pre-show talk with Coker College Associate Professor of English, and resident Shakespeare expert, Dr. Rhonda Knight at 6:30 p.m.

Knight’s pre-show talk will take place in Coker’s Black Box Theater. It is free and open to the public.

Tickets for the show are $25 for adults and $10 for students and are available for purchase at the Hartsville Chamber of Commerce.
