For more information contact Christian Stryker 843.383.8068 HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College is pleased to announce that Dr. Sandra McCloy is joining Coker’s Department of Education as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Education. Dr. McCloy joins the Coker faculty after spending the last five years as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of South Carolina at the College of Education the Department of Educational Studies. A member of the American Educational Research Association, Dr. McCloy has made several academic presentations and she received the Distinguished Rehabilitation Counseling Student Award from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1999. Dr. McCloy holds a Ph. D. in Educational Psychology and Research from the University of South Carolina and a Masters of Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. ------------------------------------------------------- Founded in 1908, Coker College is an independent, comprehensive college with a liberal arts core required of all students.
