AIPC is the largest producer of dry pasta in North America, with brands including Mueller's, Golden Grain, and Heartland. Based in Kansas City, Mo., AIPC operates plants in Columbia, S.C., Excelsior Springs, Mo., Tolleson, Az., and Verolanuova, Italy. George joined AIPC in 2001 and has been COO since December 2008. He served as Executive Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain from 2003 to 2008, and Senior Vice President, Supply Chain and Logistics from 2001 to 2003. George was formerly the Vice President of Supply Chain for Hill's Pet Nutrition. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Drury University and an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University. The Coker College Board of Trustees is comprised of 28 appointed business and community leaders who voluntarily provide guidance to the institution.
