Coker to Unveil New Athletics Logo

New Logo. New Site. Are you ready? June 22, 2010

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College will unveil a new athletics logo on June 22, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. The logo unveiling will take place in Coker’s Watson Theater. All members of the media and the public are invited to attend the unveiling. If you are not able to make it in person there will be a live simulcast of the unveiling online. Accompanying the new logo will be a new website design for www.cokercobras.com.

The new logo was designed by Phoenix Design Works out of New York, N.Y. A committee of seven Coker faculty and staff members helped in the design process. They were James Jolly, Paul Leese, Dr. Jim Lemke, Robin Perdue, Kyle Saverance, Christian Stryker, and Dr. Robert Wyatt.

The new logo will replace the current Coker Cobra logo that has been in use since 1973.
