Retirement

1st Anniversary or immediately with a current 403B contract for permanent part time employees

403B – Voluntary retirement with College matching employee contribution of 1% to 6% and is tax deferred

TIAA-CREF The employee may contribute 1% to 6% of your salary which is matched by the College.

Supplemental Retirement

No waiting period for permanent part time employees

403B – Employee contributions are tax deferred.

TIAA-CREF Employee contributions only/ must be at least $25/month up to the amount approved with a TDA calculation

Employee Assistance Program

1st Day of Month After Hire

Premiums paid by the College. Service provides various counseling services for employees.
