The Coker College Physical Plant is responsible for the repair, maintenance and operation of the buildings and grounds of the College. Physical Plant staff keeps all operating systems in good repair in order to make the campus a comfortable, safe and attractive place to learn, live, and work.

The physical plant office is located behind the Wiggins House and is open from 8:00 am until 5 pm, Monday - Friday. Maintenance hours are from 8 am until 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.
