This freshman residence hall was the College’s first permanent dormitory. Built in 1914, this residence hall is listed on the national register of historic places. It offers double and triple occupancy rooms with community style bathrooms and the following amenities:
- individually controlled heating and air conditioning units
- tile flooring
- venecian blinds
