The Mary Irwin Belk Residence Hall was added on to Memorial hall in 1916. In addition to residence hall rooms, it houses the Belk Conference Room, Residence Life, Milestone, Periscope, and Residence Hall Association offices.

This freshman residence hall offers suite-style rooms and the following amenities:
- hardwood flooring
- venecian blinds
- walk-in closets with space saver units
- restrooms with a shower, toilet, and two pedastal sinks
