Drug and Alcohol Policies

In compliance with the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act of 1989, Coker College includes the College policy along with federal, state and local laws that regulate the possession, use and sale of alcohol and narcotics in the 2009-2010 Student Handbook and Planner.

Individual Rights

One reason the Campus Security Act was enacted, was to ensure the fair treatment of victims, witnesses and accused students in campus judicial system. Questions concerning individual rights and the student judicial process should be directed to the Vice President for Student and Enrollment Services Office.
