Cobras Cruise In 3-0 Win

HARTSVILLE, SC – Coker dominated an undermanned Allen University team 3-0 Friday evening in collegiate volleyball.  The Cobras ended the match in 50 minutes, winning 30-8, 30-5, and 30-12.  CC improves to 6-3 on the year, while the Jackets drop to 0-5.

Coker served its way to victory with 42 aces, led by senior Lindsey Bocskay’s 11 and nine more from sophomore Andrea Manuel.  Freshman Courtney Barton totaled seven kills, six aces and two solo blocks, with Bocskay adding six more kills.  Freshman Amanda Reinert tallied five kills and classmate Tara Nelson contributed 24 kills.

The Cobras travel to North Greenville on Monday, September 22, for a 6:00 PM match against the Crusaders.
