Coker Claims First Win At St. Andrews LAURINBURG, NC—The Coker College men’s soccer team picked up its first win of the season on Wednesday afternoon after holding off host St. Andrews, 2-1, in Carolinas-Virginia Athletics Conference play. The Cobras improved to 1-9-1 overall and 1-6-1 in the CVAC while the Knights fell to 3-10 and 1-6.
Coker Just Short Against Erskine HARTSVILLE, SC – Coker made one defensive mistake early in the game and that was all Erskine needed for a 1-0 win in men’s collegiate soccer. The Cobras are 0-8-1 overall and 0-6-1 in the CVAC, while Erskine improves to 1-9-1 and 1-6 in conference.
Cobras Show Improvement at 5th Ranked UNCP Hartsville, SC – Coker didn't back down from the 5th ranked UNC Pembroke Braves soccer team Wednesday night in a 3-0 loss. The Braves were averaging seven goals a game and hadn't been held under six until the Cobras did so at Pembroke.
