Gaffney, SC -- Coker's women's soccer team was defeated Tuesday night, 5-0 in CVAC action. The Cobras now stand at 2-3 in CVAC play and 2-4 overall.

The Cobras traveled to do battle with Limestone College and found themselves down a goal early. In the second minute of play Limestone netted its first goal of the evening. The game remained at 1-0 for the duration of the first half as Coker and Limestone both had their chances but both defenses held strong.

The second half opened the same as the first and Coker found themselves down 2-0 in the second minute of the first half. The Saints never looked back after that with a hat-trick from Andrea Cooper Limestone earned the victory.

Coker's next match is Friday, September 28th as they are on the road again to face Converse College, a non-conference opponent.
