Master
Gardener Course to begin in July
Kalmia Gardens of Coker College in cooperation with The Clemson
University Cooperative Extension Service is taking applications
for the Darlington County Master Gardener Class of 2008. The
program is an intensive forty-hour horticulture course that will
be held in the Joslin Education Center at Kalmia Gardens in Hartsville. Classes
will be held Tuesday evenings from 6:00-9:00 p.m. July 15 through
September 30. The fee, which covers printed material and
other class expenses, is $150 per person. Those accepted
for the course agree to volunteer forty hours of service. For
