  • In 1908, a group forward thinking community leaders founded a small liberal arts college and named it for its chief benefactor, Major James Lide Coker. It was a decision that would have an immeasurable positive impact on the lives of thousands of people.
  • In 2008, Coker College celebrates 100 years of being a dynamic academic community focused on the development of ethical character, leadership skills and social responsibility.
  • It’s not every year that you turn 100. Help Coker College celebrate by supporting the Annual Scholarship Fund, the College’s fundraising priority. Year after year, the Annual Scholarship Fund directly benefits Coker’s students.
